Alchemex for Accpac v6.8.205 - Client license expires in 13 days

Dear Sir or Madam,

Our client using Alchemex for Accpac v6.8.205 gets a message at the bottom right hand corner of Report Manager. 

This message is 'Warning: Client License Expires in 13 days'.

I have tried 'Perform Serialisation' at License and Upgrate Tool without 'Get Software Update' at the client OS. The message remains unchanged.

Please advise how to solve it.
