Consolidating Cost Centres
We have 80 sites so our sales account is made up as 1000/001; 1000/002 until 1000/080
Thus I have 80 different ledger accounts for 80 clients my cost of sales will work the same
Eg. 2000/001,2000/002 until 2000/080 and for a numerous amount of codes we have this structure
Thus I want to be able to see each site on their own and a consolidated sheet showing all toghether.

Can you confirmn what solution Alchemex is powering for you i.e. Sage Accpac Intelligence, Pastel Business Intelligence etc etc.
The reason I ask is that we have slightly different standard reports for each of these, and my suggestion is to use one of the provided standard reports to achieve this.
One thing that I should mention is the new functionality called Report Designer/Excel Genie, which caters for segmented GL ledgers and multi-column reports via drag and drop functionality. Check out the video here http://community.alchemex.com/video/alchemex-report-designer
