Excel Add-Ins Disappears

When I run my BI Reports to Excel, the Add-Ins and BI Tools tabs disappear.  I have verified that both are not disabled.  I have re-installed them from C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\BIGenerator\Installers.

 

On a blank Excel sheet, these tabs are present.  However, when I run a Peachtree BI report, they are no longer present.

 

I am currently running Windows 7, MS Office 2010, and Peachtree Premium Accounting 2012.

Hi,

 

Is your Excel 64 bit or 32 bit?
