layout generation error --Make sure you have the latest Alchemex software components installed

I just installed PFW intelligence on my laptop and trying the income statement & balance sheet in the demo golf company according to the video of webinar downloaded.

When I go to the Menu and select Balance Sheet or Income Statement I get the error message

I am using excel 2010 & Win7.

Anyone experienced this before? Any assistance or suggestion will be greatly appreciated!

Hi David,

 

This error appears when you use Excel 64 bit. The Add ins does not support 64 bit versions of Excel. The workaround is to install Excel 2010 32 bit.

If I use Excel 2007, does it work as well？

You can use 2007..Make sure that it is 32 bit
