I process payroll and payroll taxes for about 25 different companies using peachtree 2012 and i have a monthly spreadsheet that i use each month that lists each company, the federal tax payment, state tax payment and any other payments that will be paid each month. Can the Business Intelligence program pull data from all 25 different companies peachtree database and populate a new spreadsheet automatically?

Yes, Peachtree Business Intelligence can do this. If you have the Connector module you can create connections to multiple databases/ multiple Peachtree Companies. If you are including all the information you would like in your report in Peachtree database, then Peachtree Business Intelligence can pull this information from the database. You would need to set these connections and containers up yourself as their are currently no standard PBI reports for Payroll.

You could create PICKLIST, if you have like data you can create Picklists to connect to the multiple companies. You will then need to create the containers to set up what information you want pulled from the database, and then you can create the report. Once you have set this up, you basically just need to press the green run button every time you want to run the report.

How do I create the payroll containers for multiple companies? Thanks
I found it. Thanks anyway and thanks for posting the initial information.
What tables (and joins) did you use to create the container used for reporting on 25 different companies? Am also trying to create this same type of report which resembles the payroll journal report. (Employee, GL Acct ID, reference, Debit/Credit, etc.)
Were you able to successfully create the containers and report across 25 companies? Am working on the exact same issue.

Thanks-
