Report Tools Menu does not work

Hi there, 

I am having a very strange issue for a client where none of the menu items in the Report Tools Tab will launch.  I can generate a report with no issues and I was initially trying to create a drilldown and the screen did not pop up for me. I then tried to do Quick Pivot and even just go to 'About Report Tools' but nothing is coming up for me.  My client is on Excel 2010 and using Accpac 6.0.  everything else seems to work fine so I am unsure as to where to even start troubleshooting this.
