Setting SMTP Server In Sage Pastel Payroll BIC

Hi All,

I am using Sage Pastel Payroll BIC and i am having the following issue on emailing report. I am getting the following error message when running the report which was setup for emailing using Add-ins.

In the SMTP Server, I have put: smtp.gmail.com but its not working. I also tried other smtp mail but getting the following error message.

"An Error occurred while attempting to run the macro [PLPLUGA.E.MailSMTP(smtp.gmail.com,support@bicsolutionsltd.com,subject Here)]. The Error was [The server rejected the sender address. The server response was:530 5.7.0 Must issue STARTTLS command first.d7sm2054312wiz.6]"

Can anyone guide me on how to proceed?
