Hi Stephen,

My client purchased multiple licenses of the Designer with the intention of having two individuals work on designing reports.  ACCPAC was not any help on this issue.  We finally figured out a way to install a second license by copy and pasting into the registry files of the second user.  My other comment is; if the Designer is only intended to be installed one time then the documentation should state this and Sage ACCPAC should not let a customer purchase multiple licenses.  The documentation for this product needs to be enhanced.

Hi Robert - the designer is a module and cannot exist as a license multiple times, so not sure of what you are trying to do. Have you logged a case with Sage Support yet?

I can not find any instructions on how to install ACCPAC Intelligence - Designer on a system running terminal server.  I am running multiple licenses of the Designer.  My first install sets up properly but all subsequent installs do not.  I think each installation neets to set up in each users directory.  Does anyone have any input on this?

Data sheet and lookup sheet in Alchemex standard report contains duplicate account records. When running the report, Financial Reports D-3-1 (AE-SQL) for client with Accpac ERP 5.5, the rendered data sheet contains duplicate accounts for almost all the accounts.
Financial reports referring to the lookup sheet carry the incorrect values or none at all because the replicated accounts carry no values. Must adjustments be made to the container expressions or is there another problem with the report, e.g. in the execution of a macro or in one of the sub-reports such as Trial Balance Sub D-3-1 (Ae-SQL)?
Thanks for any help or advice on how to remedy this issue.
