Thanks you, once I used my Laptop to view todays Webinar on Excel everything works perfectly.

I had this problem too when I upgraded my computer to windows 7.  visit gotomeeting and download the codec to view their webinars.Install Restart your computer and then mine worked fine with WMP in Windows 7.

Hi Michael,

 

That's odd, as I've seen you in webinars before so I know you SHOULD have the codec. You can download it from a link on this page:

 

http://community.alchemex.com/group/alchemexwebinars

 

If you install it and it's still not working for you, then I'd suggest uninstalling th GoToWebinar app, then reinstalling the codec.

Hi,

I was trying to view the SSAI recorded webinars and was asked for a Video Codec. I am currently using Windows 7 and Windows Media Player. I also used my Apple Quick Time Player but no luck.

 I would appreciate any help.
