"There is usually a mapping screen that pops up and allows you to map your accounts, but it is not coming up. Does it perhaps have something to do with the add in?"

"Using Sage Mas200SQL 4.50.7115.007. My mas 200sql version 4.50.01. Trying to run a report that has not been edited yet. Tried copying to another folder and still have the problem."

Filter on columns in report designer?

I'm editing an existing condolidated report. When in report designer, can you put a filter on the columns? For example for one column we only want the data to print in excel for one company and another column we only want the data for another company to print. We've been running this consolidated report and then in excel deleting data for companies in certain columns to get the desired result. It's cumbersome and would like to try to find a more productive way. SMI 4.5 SQL.See More

"Thank you for your reply. Once all data for both companies are in sheet 1, I then can create another sheet 2 for the actual financial report? On this new sheet create formulas adding period 01 for one company and corresponding period 03 for the…"

"My suggestion would be to union 2 separate versions of the Financial Report to the same Excel worksheets i.e. Financial Report 1 (2/27/11) run into Sheet 1 of the workbook and Financial Report 2 (1/1/2012) run into Sheet 1 too. "

Can SMI handle consolidating companies with different fiscal years? When using the cannned container, it consolidates period 1 for one company and period 1 for the other company when in fact we'd like it to combine period 12 for one company and period 2 for another company for example and in some instances the years may be different. One company has a fiscal year 2012 that begins on 2/27/11 and the other has a calendar fiscal year for 2012 that begins on 1/1/2012. What tools can I use to setup…See More
