Please can you perform a Windows search to see if the file does exist on ACCPAC directory, the permission on folder has been granted administrative rights.
if the a4wapi file does exist on the folder run ( regsvr32 /u /r "c:\ sage…"

Ran REGACC as an administrator and the error prevails. Any thoughts on how ot fix it? It is of course on the primary user of SAI's workstation. Your help is appreciated.See More
