To calculate monthly Variance between Actual and Budget in $ in Income Statement is easy, but the % of Variance to Budget is totally different 'ball game'. The problem stems from Budget and Actual figures come in two separate rows in raw data sheet, so when presenting them in Pivot table it gets summed up automatically for all rows of the Account. "Hi Leon,   From within the Report Manager, you can right click on your chosen report and choose the "Clean Template Pivot Fields" option which will allow you to clean out all your chosen fields.   Hope this helps!"
