yes, I create the report but when am in Excel, the BI tool tab says no ducument loaded or designer not registered.

So is the problem that you can access the Report Designer and create and run reports but once your in Excel the BI Tools tab is empty?

If you are just trying to access the BI Tools tab in Excel I don't believe you need a License for the Connector. Have you registered your Report Manager in The License Manager? Can you attach some screenshots showing these messages?

BI Tools in Excel

Hi all, I am hoping someone has an answer for me since I can’t find a phone number for technical support.  I have Sage Mas200 4.4 and just started using my SMI to generate financial reports.   When I generate the report and try to modify it in Excel, I am not able to access the BI tools; it says it is not licensed.  Can anyone tell me what is missing here? MaricelaSee More
