I am trying to create a 5 year trend for MAS 90; followed some steps from Clark Walliser. I can get the last year to appear that is in the Universal Query Engine. Here is what it currently looks like:
<hints>
<workertables>
<table name="GL_PeriodPostingHistory">
<addfilter>
(FiscalYear = {fn CONVERT({fn CONVERT('@FISYEAR@', SQL_INTEGER)}-5,SQL_CHAR)} OR FiscalYear = '@FISYEAR@') AND (BeginningBalance <> 0 OR CreditAmount <> 0 OR DebitAmount <> 0 )
</addfilter>
</table>
<table name="GL_PeriodBudgetDetail">
<addfilter>
(FiscalYear = {fn CONVERT({fn CONVERT('@FISYEAR@', SQL_INTEGER)}-5,SQL_CHAR)} OR FiscalYear = '@FISYEAR@') AND (CreditAmount <> 0 OR DebitAmount <> 0 )
</addfilter>
</table>
</workertables>
</hints>
Please advise.
Thank you...Debbie Long
Lani Cowen said… Yesterday I attended the Sage ERP MAS Intelligence: Creating Financial Statements using the Report Designer webinar. They mentioned a demo on youtube that goes through the details of how to change the account groupings on the financial statements by mapping system categories into reporting groups. I'm having problems finding this on the demo. Would you possibly have the link to it? Thanks! Lani Cowen
